益生元与益生菌有什么区别?

益生菌和益生元分别是什么?益生菌和益生元的区别?便秘应该吃益生元还是益生菌?怎么补充益生菌或是益生元?这些问题经常困扰着大家。益生元,益生菌傻傻分不清楚。   益生菌是什么? 益生菌是一类对宿主有益的活性微生物,是定植于人体肠道、生殖系统内,能产生确切健康功效从而改善宿主微生态平衡、发挥有益作用的活性有益微生物的总称。简而言之,对身体有益的并且具有活性的一种微生物。比如说,双歧杆菌,酵母菌,乳酸菌等。 益生元是什么? 益生元是一种膳食补充剂, 通过选择性的刺激一种或少数种菌落中的细菌的生长与活性而对寄主产生有益的影响从而改善寄主健康的不可被消化的食品成分。简而言之,益生元是益生菌的“食物”或者说是“养料”,增进有益菌的增殖。比如说,低聚果糖,低聚半乳糖,异麦芽低聚糖等。 益生菌和益生元的区别是什么? 益生菌这种活菌经过胃,小肠,大肠, 需要经历唾液淀粉酶、胃酸、胆汁、胰液等九九八十一难后,其活菌数量所剩无几。然而,益生元不是生物,不存在活性,可直接进入肠道,在肠道激发有益菌的增长。   便秘应该吃益生元还是益生菌? 对于便秘,需要补充促进肠道蠕动,促进排便的有益菌,比如乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌。有些人可能会对外部添加的细菌产生抗体,所以直接补充益生菌达不到效果。而且益生菌在进入肠道的时候会被胃酸等影响其活性。补充益生元可以刺激有益菌的生长,比如促进双歧杆菌的增长。不会有抗体或影响活性等问题。但是补充益生元,调节肠道菌群,改善便秘问题,是一个长期的过程,需要慢慢调节,循序渐进。根据一篇“低聚果糖对双歧杆菌增殖效果及肠道菌群的影响”的报道,每天摄入20-30ml的低聚果糖,2周后肠道内双歧杆菌有明显增加。根据另一篇“Yacon syrup: Beneficial effects on obesity and insulin resistance in humans”的报道,每天摄入20g的低聚果糖,120天后,排便次数从平均三天一次增加为平均每天一次。   怎么补充益生菌或是益生元? 富含益生菌的食物:包含益生菌的酸奶,酸奶豆,益生菌补充剂等。 富含益生元的食物:韭菜,大蒜,香蕉,洋葱,牛蒡,雪莲果,菊粉,低聚果糖补充剂等。
