雪莲果浆对肥胖和胰岛素抵抗的有益作用
目的与背景
由于其高FOS含量，从雪莲果根获得的糖浆可以很好地定位为营养保健品。我们研究了雪莲果浆对人体健康的有益作用和耐受性。
方法
在一项双盲安慰剂对照实验中，在120天的时间内研究了肥胖和轻度血脂异常的绝经前女性。我们使用了两剂雪莲果浆，0.29克和0.14克FOS/千克体重/天。在研究开始和结束时，测定人体测量，血糖，钙，脂质和胰岛素浓度以及动态平衡模型评估指数。
结果
建议每日食用没有不良胃肠道作用的雪莲果浆为0.14克FOS/千克体重。每日摄入的雪莲果浆使体重，腰围和体重指数显着下降。此外，观察到空腹血清胰岛素和稳态模型评估指数的降低。雪莲果浆的消耗增加了排便频率和饱腹感。空腹血糖和血清脂质不受果酱治疗的影响，并且在血清LDL-胆固醇水平中发现积极作用。
结论
雪莲果果浆是FOS的良好来源，其长期食用对控制女性肥胖、改善胰岛素抵抗具有有益的健康效果。
